If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at andor@shobueurope.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item

Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Normal wear and tear

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as returns must be approved before being sent.
